Supervision in the Helping Profession
Supervisors in the helping professions wear many hats. This training will provide an overview of the various responsibilities for supervisors including assessment, setting supervision goals, monitoring, remediation and evaluation of supervisees. We will also review professional boundaries and decision-making from the supervisory standpoint.
