Clinical Documentation and Medical Necessity
Documentation of the vital work helpers do with individuals with mental health concerns is necessary and important. Good documentation helps us keep track of movement in the treatment process as well as communicating to others progress individuals have made over time. This presentation will focus on the golden thread of documentation to clearly connect client needs to provider interventions. It will also address how to use language to show the work we do is medically necessary and helpful to the clients we serve.
This class is also part of our Case Management and Helping Professional Series
