Forensic Mental Health

Individuals living with mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders re-entering the community from jail or prison are often at high risk—both for a recurrence of symptoms and for re-offense. Our programs serve formerly incarcerated individuals, many of whom have mental health or substance abuse issues. We provide wrap-around support, including treatment, recovery services, housing and employment to help these individuals become productive members of the community.
