Prevention programs for
ages 3 to 18
HALO Program
Healthy Alternatives for Little Ones (HALO) is a 12-unit holistic health and substance abuse prevention curriculum for children ages 3-6. HALO is designed to address risk and protective factors for substance abuse and other health behaviors by providing children with information on healthy choices.
Lions Quest
Lions Quest is a comprehensive, evidence-based social and emotional learning program for pre-K through 5th grade classrooms. This program supports, encourages and celebrates diversity.
LifeSkills Training
A school-based program that aims to prevent alcohol, tobacco and marijuana use as well as violence, LifeSkills Training (LST) focuses on the major social and psychological factors that promote the initiation of substance use and other risky behaviors.
Project SUCCESS
Project SUCCESS (Schools Using Coordinated Community Efforts to Strengthen Students) is designed to prevent and reduce substance use among students 12-18 years of age.

Casey’s Kids
Casey’s Kids is a youth-led prevention program.

Sources of Strength
Sources of Strength is a best-practice youth suicide prevention program that harnesses the power of peer social networks to change unhealthy norms and culture, ultimately preventing suicide, bullying and substance abuse.

PRIME for Life
An evidence-based education program for people who have experienced a negative consequence as a result of their alcohol and/or drug use but do not meet the criteria for abuse or dependence.
Problem Gambling Prevention
A foundational prevention program that educates participants on the risk factors associated with gambling. Adaptable to school, work, or community and criminal justice settings.

Our Active Parenting program teaches parents to raise empowered youth who are less vulnerable to drug and alcohol use. Active Parenting complies with the Department of Child and Family Services Standards.
