Iyona’s areas of specialty are access to healthcare including behavioral health, admissions, insurance, operations, laboratory, diagnosis codes, billing and primary care. Iyona holds an associates degree in liberal arts from Southern New Hampshire University and her certificate in access to care through NAHAM. Iyona ensures that the psychiatric clinic staff and peer support navigators are well equipped to serve the needs of the clients.
